💼 The Role

Based in London, this is an exciting hybrid role in which kennek are looking for an enthusiastic self-starter to join as Platform QA Engineer. You will be supporting our development teams in ensuring our software platform is free from bugs, performant and delivers on the kennek vision.

You will be working within the QA team and alongside our dev and product teams to ensure the feature requirements are clear and function as expected. You’ll be responsible for creating test cases and test scripts, ensuring bugs are logged and triaged effectively and the features perform as expected. Further, you will have a large voice in testing frameworks as well as driving our test-automation practices forward.

🔎 Who you are

• 5+ years as a QA engineering in financial industries
• Experienced in SaaS product testing
• An understanding or experience in the lending industry or similar
• Have working experience in testing within a CI/CD environment
• Experienced in platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP and creating and maintaining QA environments
• Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues that may arise during the testing process
• Beneficial: Experience in API testing using Postman, Swagger etc.
• Beneficial: QA Automation testing with Puppeteer, Selenium, Cypress, Playwright etc
