💼 The Role
We are looking or an enthusiastic self-starter to take on a key role in the team - a dedicated, driven team player who can help support our growth. You’ll be working alongside the Chief of Staff, directly assisting the founders and supporting them across multiple workstreams, including business development, operations, product and strategy.
The role is broad and will allow you to be involved in different parts of our business, offering a holistic view of what we are building. It provides an incredible opportunity for someone at the start of their entrepreneurial journey to be part of our highly driven team.
You should be a passionate, entrepreneurial self-starter who thrives on learning from iterations & mistakes. The ideal candidate will be studying Economics, Finance, Business or Management and demonstrate a strong interest in all things start-up. Experience in the Financial Services industry or a high-growth tech start-up would be beneficial but not essential.
💭 What the job involves
- Assisting in the execution of company strategy, including market analysis and implementation
- Contributing to the refinement of financial strategies and processes
- Supporting the establishment of business goals, budgets, and hiring processes
- Assisting in streamlining operational processes for efficient growth
- Providing market insights and aiding the sales and marketing teams with analysis
- Assisting in the development of marketing strategies and materials
- Contributing to the product roadmap and prioritising rec development efforts
